The total fee that needs to be paid will depend on the number of volunteers and appraisers that your team is able to provide for the tournament (See the Forms page of divirginia.org for more details on this pricing). An email will be sent soon to advancing teams directing them on where to send the remainder of their state Tournament Registration Fee.

The final scores should be posted within 30 minutes or so if everything goes smoothly. Your team’s Team Manager will be able to find the team on the spreadsheet, and your shift and location will be in that row of the document.
